Noralia Support
We usually reply within 2 business daysNoralia is built and supported by a single developer at Mintlane. For bugs, feature requests, or anything else, email hello@mintlane.io — include your phone model and Android/iOS version if you're reporting a problem, it helps a lot. Since Noralia has no account and no server, we can't look up your data from our side — please describe what happened as specifically as you can.
Reminders aren't arriving
This is almost always one of two things:
- Notification permission is off. Check Settings → Apps → Noralia → Notifications and make sure it's enabled.
- Battery optimisation is stopping the app from running in the background. On Android, go to Settings → Battery → Noralia and set it to "Unrestricted" (exact wording varies by manufacturer — Samsung, Xiaomi, and Huawei phones are usually the strictest here).
This applies to period/phase reminders, the period care timer, the period kit reminder, and Premium's pattern-hint reminders alike — they're all scheduled locally on your device, so they depend on the OS actually letting Noralia run.
I lost my data / switched phones
Noralia has no cloud sync — nothing is recoverable from our side. There are two ways your data may still be safe:
- Automatic local backup: if enabled in Settings → Backup, Noralia writes a backup file to your device's Downloads folder after changes. On a new phone, open Noralia, choose "Restore from backup" on the welcome screen, and pick that file (copy it over first if you're switching devices).
- Manual export: Settings → Export lets you save a JSON file with your full data at any time — keep it somewhere safe, it's the only copy outside your device.
Without either of these, data is not recoverable after an uninstall or device reset — this is by design, since Noralia never holds a copy of your data on our servers.
I bought Premium but it's not showing on my new phone
Open the Premium screen in Noralia and tap "Restore Purchase". This looks up your purchase with Apple/Google using the account you bought it with — it doesn't need your old device. Premium is a one-time purchase per store account, so restoring works as long as you're signed into the same Apple ID / Google Play account you originally purchased with.
