Printable medication schedule

A clean one-page medication schedule you can print and put on the fridge, or hand to a doctor, a carer or a family member. Everything happens in your browser: nothing is uploaded, stored on a server or tracked.

How it works

Type in your medications, tick the times of day, and press Print (or Save as PDF in the print dialog). Your entries are kept in this browser only if you press Save, and you can delete them at any time.

MedicationDoseMorningMiddayEveningNightNotes

This schedule is a memory aid, not medical advice. Always follow what your doctor or pharmacist told you.

Tips for a schedule that works

  • Use the exact name from the package, and the dose as it says there.
  • Group medications taken together into the same time column.
  • Note anything that matters in the last column, such as "with food" or "not with milk".
  • Bring the printout to every appointment and update it when something changes.
